How do I make a Shortcut to the files? The installation typically creates shortcuts on your desktop to the T'SCRIPTS and UPLOADS folders, which contain the transcripts, recordings, and graphics created during the session. To make your own shortcut: 1. Right-click in any empty space on your desktop, and select New, then Shortcut 2. For "Type the address of your location", click Browse 3. Double-click My Computer 4. Then C:// driver or local drive 5. Then Program Files 6. Then 1stWorks 7. Then your hotComm product name 8. Left-click on the folder name (such as "T'SCRIPTS") 9. Click OK 10. In the "type the address of your location" screen, click Next. 11. Type a name for the shortcut (such as hotComm T'Scripts), and click OK. Repeat for any other folders that you want.
