The hotWeb window is used to display the WhiteBoard, files that are drag-and-dropped into the typing area, and webpages that are pushed through the hotWeb toolbar.
When you receive a drag-and-dropped file through hotWeb, it automatically opens in the hotWeb window if you have an application associated with the filetype. Otherwise, you are prompted to save the file. For more about drag-and-dropped files, see File Transfer in a Room.
Use the hotWeb File menu to save or print hotWeb contents.
Use the hotWeb Collaboration Menu to control collaboration, mark-up and screenshots of the hotWeb contents.
Use the Selections Toolbox for marking up an invisible layer on top of the window content. If the Selections Toolbox doesn't come up automatically, click the Collaboration menu and check Transparent Collaborator.
| When you are using the Collaborate options, the special hotWeb cursor is active. |
