hotComm User Files
The hotComm user data folders contain your data and configuration files, such as transcripts, screen shots, and recordings.

Note: hotComm client means hotComm Standard/Pro or hotComm Lite or hotComm CL.

T'SCRIPTS |
This holds transcripts and recording files. Files are not automatically deleted. |
USR |
.gz files are deleted every 7 days. Other files contain settings and are permanent. |
DOWNLOADS |
Files are deleted automatically after 2 days. Std/Pro has a feature that can change the setting*. |
UPLOADS |
This holds the graphic images. Files are deleted automatically after 2 days. Std/Pro has a feature that can change the setting*. |
WEB |
.gz files are deleted every 7 days. Other files are permanent. |
WEB/LOG |
.gz are deleted every 7 days. |
* In Standard/Pro, you can change the settings through the File Sharing Preferences feature. Click the File Sharing button, then click the Wrench icon. Set Uploads and Downloads to the number of days you want to keep the file. Zero (0) means to keep the files indefinately. |
