Playback Audio Recording
To play an audio recording, look in your hotComm T'SCRIPTS folder. You may have a shortcut to the T'SCRIPTS (or hotComm transcripts) folder on your desktop. Or, you can open the folder this way:
The recording is a WAV file, with a name that indicates the session, date and time of the recording. You should be able to play it with any standard media player. Try double-clicking the file name, which may automatically start your default media player. Recording FormatThe recording is in the PCM WAV format. Maintain Library
The recordings are stored in your hotComm T'SCRIPTS folder. To see the list of files in the T'SCRIPTS folder, right-click the A-in-a-circle button and click Maintain Library.
