Playback .WMV Session Recording
To play a Windows Media Player (.WMV) format session recording that you made, look in your hotComm T'SCRIPTS folder. You may have a shortcut to the Transcripts folder on your desktop. Or, you can open the folder this way:
If the recording was made by someone else and you copied it to your computer, it will be wherever you put it. Find it, right-click it, select Open with, and select a media player. That starts the media player and plays the recording. The recording is a .WMV file, with a name that indicates the session, date and time of the recording. You should be able to play it with any standard media player. Try double-clicking the file name, which may automatically start your default media player. Maintain Library
The recordings are stored in your hotComm T'SCRIPTS folder. To see the list of files in the T'SCRIPTS folder, right-click the A-in-a-circle or R-in-a-circle button and click Maintain Library.
